Terms & Conditions

Quotations are valid for the period stated and are subject to raw material availability, freight rates and currency movement after expiry.

Orders are confirmed against a proforma invoice. Standard terms are advance TT or an irrevocable Letter of Credit at sight unless agreed otherwise in writing.

Lead times run from receipt of cleared advance or a workable LC. Delivery obligations follow the Incoterm stated on the invoice.

Buyers may appoint a third-party inspection agency at their own cost. Goods approved at pre-shipment inspection are deemed accepted for specification.

Our liability is limited to the invoice value of the affected goods. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for delays caused by force majeure events.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, with jurisdiction in the courts of England and Wales.
